A Senior Video Editor / Social Media Manager is required by a prominent sports media organization to produce exceptional content across various platforms.
This role presents a fantastic opportunity for a Video Editor with over 3 years of experience and a true enthusiasm for Rugby, to join a dynamic setting that offers significant career advancement potential, including a pathway to Head of Content.
In recent years, this organization has shown remarkable growth, with several expansion initiatives planned for the future.
Responsibilities:
- Editing videos and customizing content for diverse social media platforms, ensuring alignment with each platform's specifications.
- Overseeing the social media content calendar.
- Creating engaging thumbnails and graphics, both independently and in partnership with a graphic designer.
- Participating in shoots to generate ideas and capture content for social media.
- Collaborating closely with the head of content to formulate social media strategies.
Essential Skills:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in social media management.
- Proficient in Premiere Pro and Photoshop.
- A proven track record of producing innovative and well-executed social media content campaigns, including brand video reels.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to contribute effectively to content delivery, even in a remote work environment.
- Excellent writing skills are essential for crafting clear and impactful captions.
