The Youth Catalyst Project is a bold programme that aims to enhance youth ministry by working with and in schools and churches across the Diocese of Guildford to double the amount of young people in faith by 2030.

Key Responsibilities:

* Leading, training, and developing young people in worship, musical ability, and other relevant skills.
* Working as part of the Team to deliver safe, high-quality worship and training events that establish and deepen the faith of young people.
* Planning and promoting the delivery of mission weeks in schools and towns across the Diocese.
* Collaborating with the Gathering and Social Media Team to design and deliver digital discipleship and evangelism for young people across the Diocese.
* Experience of teaching adults and teenagers in music and/or worship.
* Broad awareness of trends in youth culture.
* Good understanding of principles and practices of effective youth ministry.

Requirements:

* A full UK driving licence and own vehicle for occasional travel.
