Job Title: Financial Planning Team Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Planning Team Leader to join our team at Evelyn Partners. As a key member of our financial planning team, you will be responsible for leading a team of financial planners and providing expert advice to clients on their financial planning and wealth management needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of financial planners and provide guidance and support to ensure they are meeting their targets and delivering high-quality advice to clients.
  • Develop and implement business plans to drive growth and revenue for the team.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and regulatory changes to ensure the team is compliant and providing the best possible advice to clients.
  • Collaborate with other teams within the organization to ensure seamless delivery of services and achieve business objectives.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a financial planning or wealth management role, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality advice to clients.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team of financial planners.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to stay up-to-date with industry developments and regulatory changes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex financial data and provide expert advice to clients.
