We are seeking an experienced and skilled Curriculum Manager to join our team at OnlyFE. As a Curriculum Manager, you will play a key role in leading and managing the curriculum area, working closely with teaching and technical staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality programmes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the curriculum area, including the development and implementation of curriculum plans and strategies.
- Work closely with teaching and technical staff to ensure the effective delivery of programmes and the achievement of student outcomes.
- Support the Director of Curriculum in the organisation and development of the curriculum, including the allocation of resources and the monitoring of student progress.
- Contribute to the development of a student-centred environment, focusing on student retention and wellbeing.
- Teach across a range of programmes, including the development and delivery of curriculum content.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in curriculum leadership and management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff at all levels.
