We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Curriculum Manager to join our team at City and Islington College. As a key member of our Centre Curriculum Management Team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the educational experience for our students.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the development and implementation of curriculum initiatives to drive teaching and learning excellence.
- Collaborate with academic staff to design and deliver high-quality programs that meet the needs of our students and stakeholders.
- Manage and coordinate curriculum development projects, ensuring timely and effective delivery.
- Provide guidance and support to staff on curriculum-related matters, promoting a culture of excellence and innovation.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of the college's strategic plan, ensuring alignment with curriculum goals and objectives.
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual with a passion for education and a proven track record of leadership in a similar capacity. You should possess:
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate staff towards achieving organizational goals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to effectively engage with stakeholders and build positive relationships.
- A commitment to fostering innovation and creativity in teaching and learning practices.
- Experience in teaching, assessing, and curriculum development, with a strong understanding of health, safety, and safeguarding requirements in an educational setting.
