Curriculum Manager

Sutton Council is seeking a skilled Curriculum Manager to join their SEND Team. This role involves managing the planning, development, delivery, and monitoring of allocated departments, ensuring efficient and effective curriculum delivery and compliance with funding regulations.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement curriculum plans, ensuring alignment with funding regulations and quality standards.
- Lead and manage a team of tutors, assessors, and IQAs, setting performance objectives and conducting regular reviews.
- Collaborate with the College marketing team to build relationships with stakeholders and partners, focusing on income growth.
- Maintain accurate records, ensure data requirements are met, and deadlines for returns are adhered to.
- Work closely with the Director of Curriculum and Curriculum leader to ensure high-quality provision, strong retention, and achievement rates.
- Proven experience and knowledge of post-16 education policies, initiatives, and developments.
- Track record of managing teams to achieve excellent teaching and learning standards.
- Experience with Ofsted Inspections, External Verification, audits, and regulatory checks.
- Relevant teaching qualification.
