Key Responsibilities:

  • Design Responsibilities:
    • Stay updated on cutting-edge and on-trend bathroom design concepts.
    • Assist in visualizing bathroom design concepts using 3D and VR technologies.
  • Sales Responsibilities:
    • Convert walk-in customers into profitable sales.
    • Answer customer inquiries and convert them into sales.
    • Utilize CRM and ERP systems efficiently to manage sales and customer relationships.
    • Identify sales opportunities and build relationships with clients.
    • Collect feedback and drive performance improvements.
    • Rapport building, objection handling, and closing techniques.
    • Measure success through sales revenue, customer satisfaction, and meeting key performance indicators (KPIs).
