Join Our Team as a Sales Support Specialist at Universal Business Team
We are on the lookout for a driven and enthusiastic individual to become a part of our well-regarded family-owned business. This role is centered around making proactive outreach calls to assist our national sales representatives in meeting their sales objectives, fostering client relationships, and enhancing revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with sales representatives to develop and grow existing client accounts
- Engage in outbound communication to follow up on potential leads and strengthen customer connections
- Schedule appointments for the sales team
- Maintain and update client information within our database
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in proactive sales initiatives
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to build rapport over the phone
- Goal-oriented with a history of achieving performance metrics
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) tools
- Able to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM
