Avionics Maintenance Deputy Team Leader

Are you a seasoned Avionics professional with leadership experience? Do you have a passion for ensuring the smooth operation of aircraft systems? We're seeking a highly skilled Deputy Team Leader to join our team at RAF Valley.

As a Deputy Team Leader, you'll play a critical role in maintaining the integrity of our Avionics maintenance unit. Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring that our aircraft components are in optimal condition, ready for flight missions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee a team of technicians and supervisors, allocating tasks and monitoring progress.
  • Provide training and mentorship to junior technicians, fostering a culture of excellence.
  • Participate in meetings and briefings to discuss operational priorities and strategies.
  • Report to the maintenance team leader on progress and any issues encountered.

Requirements:

  • Relevant degree or equivalent experience in engineering or a related field.
  • Avionics maintenance experience and supervisory experience.
