Deputy Team Lead - Avionics Maintenance

Line Up Aviation is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Team Lead to join their Avionics Maintenance Unit on a permanent basis.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing a team of technicians and supervisors in the daily operations of the avionic component maintenance facility. This will involve allocating repair and maintenance tasks, monitoring progress, and providing guidance as needed. Additionally, the Deputy Team Lead will be responsible for updating records and documentation on component repairs and maintenance activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily operations of the avionic component maintenance facility
  • Allocate repair and maintenance tasks to the team
  • Monitor progress and provide guidance as needed
  • Update records and documentation on component repairs and maintenance activities
  • Provide training and mentorship to junior technicians
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in avionics maintenance and experience in a supervisory or team lead role. They will also be able to achieve SC clearance and have a strong understanding of the importance of maintaining accurate records and documentation.
