About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and flexible individual to join our team as a Flexible Skilled Operator. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of our production processes, including loading and unloading vehicles, completing pre and post-run checks, and maintaining a safe and clean working environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Adhere to health and safety guidelines and procedures
  • Perform pre and post-run checks on equipment and vehicles
  • Load and unload vehicles correctly
  • Complete cleaning and maintenance tasks to ensure equipment is in good working order
  • Assist in the transportation of printing plates and provide support to press crews as needed
  • Report any health and safety concerns or issues to the appropriate personnel
  • Follow safe systems of working and maintain a clean and tidy working environment
About You
  • You must have the right to work in the UK
  • Excellent team working skills and ability to integrate with colleagues
  • Flexibility to work variable shifts and adapt to changing business needs
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Self-motivated and able to work unsupervised
  • Basic computer skills
