Job Title: Field Service Engineer Installation/Service

Join a global leader in energy and technology development as a Field Service Engineer Installation/Service. This role involves providing phone support and remote diagnostics to customers, as well as performing start-up and commissioning services at customer locations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide phone support and remote diagnostics to customers
  • Perform start-up and commissioning services at customer locations
  • Assist the in-house system engineering group in product development and project work
  • Provide suggestions based on field experiences to improve products
  • Site travel between various locations within your area and with weekly visits to the office in Sunderland
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in an Electrical Contracting/Construction environment
  • Desirable knowledge of electrical works BS7671 such as renewables, Battery storage Electric Vehicle Charge Point, PV, Installations etc.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Packages
  • Full UK driving license
  • A positive attitude towards Health, Safety, Wellbeing, Environment and Quality Assurance (RAMS/SHEQ/CDM)
