Job Title: Field Service Engineer Installation/Service

Join our team as a Field Service Engineer Installation/Service and contribute to the growth of our renewable energy solutions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, ensuring their energy storage systems are running smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide phone support and remote diagnostics to customers to resolve any issues with their energy storage systems.
  • Perform start-up and commissioning services at customer locations to ensure their systems are functioning correctly.
  • Assist the in-house system engineering group in product development and project work to improve our energy storage solutions.
  • Provide suggestions based on field experiences to improve our products and services.
  • Site travel between various locations within your area and with weekly visits to the office in Sunderland.
Requirements:
  • H & S knowledge and experience within electrical installation projects (RAMS / SHEQ / CDM).
  • Previous experience in an Electrical Contracting / Construction environment.
  • Desirable knowledge of electrical works BS7671 such as renewables, Battery storage Electric Vehicle Charge Point, PV, Installations etc.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Packages.
  • Full UK driving license.

The initial site location will be in the Middlesbrough region to undergo onsite training and work alongside the project team while having hands-on training.
