Job Title: Sales Account Manager - Process Industries

Alfa Laval UK&I is seeking a skilled Sales Account Manager to join our Process Energy team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing customer relationships and driving sales of Heat Exchangers and Separation technology into the Energy Process markets.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Generating Sales and Developing Future Business: Identify sales potential and develop a proactive business plan to achieve sales targets.
  2. Developing Customer Relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers to end users and contractors.
  3. Managing Opportunities and Leads: Proactively follow up quotations, manage opportunities, and develop leads using CRM tools.
Requirements:
  • Competency in Microsoft applications, including Dynamics 365 CRM, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Valid driving license.
