Sales Executive/Account Management Professional

We are seeking an experienced Sales Executive to join our team in Newtownabbey. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for managing key sales accounts across the UK, Europe, and beyond.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage a portfolio of export customers, providing excellent customer service and ensuring timely delivery of goods.
- Record information accurately to update MRP systems and process orders through production.
- Gather market and customer information to understand customer requirements.
- Utilize traditional and digital marketing strategies for effective company communications.
- 2 years of experience in customer account management.
- Degree in a business-related subject.
- Demonstrable experience of exporting goods outside of Europe.
- IT proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Other languages spoken/written.
