Healthcare Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team in Wrexham. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Prepare meals and snacks, as required
- Support with household and domestic tasks, including laundry and cleaning
- Assist with medication administration and ensure residents take their medication as prescribed
- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
- Mandatory Care Certificate (training can be provided)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Enhanced DBS (assistance provided)
- Competitive hourly rate of £14.00
- Multiple shifts available, including days, nights, and weekends
