Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Healthcare Support Worker to join our team in the East Area Evening & Overnight District Nursing Service.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting Registered Nurses in delivering high-quality patient care to patients in their own homes and care homes.

Main Duties

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Providing support to patients and their families in a healthcare setting
  • Assisting with patient care and administration tasks
  • Working collaboratively with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Developing and maintaining effective relationships with patients, families, and healthcare professionals

Desirable qualifications include evidence of completion of QCF at Level 2, experience of working in care settings, and proficiency in Welsh.
