Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Educational Leader to join our team as a Headteacher. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing the school's educational provision, ensuring that all pupils receive a high-quality education and achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive educational strategy that aligns with the school's vision and values
  • Lead and manage a team of teachers and support staff to ensure high-quality teaching and learning
  • Monitor and evaluate pupil progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing targeted interventions
  • Collaborate with other school leaders and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination
  • Ensure that the school's educational provision is inclusive and accessible to all pupils

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Headteacher or in a similar leadership role
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate staff
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with pupils, staff, and stakeholders
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive improvement
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying up-to-date with best practice in education
