Practice Overview

Prospect Health is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Salaried General Practitioner to join our esteemed practice in Hailsham. As a teaching practice, we offer a supportive and dynamic environment that fosters professional growth and development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality patient care as a Salaried GP, working closely with our experienced team of Partners and Salaried GPs.
  • Contribute to the practice's teaching and training initiatives, sharing knowledge and expertise with colleagues and students.
  • Participate in clinical governance and quality improvement activities to ensure the highest standards of patient care.
  • Collaborate with our clinical support staff, including ANPs, Paramedics, HCAs, and Clinical Pharmacists, to provide comprehensive care to our patients.
  • Engage in regular professional development, taking advantage of our practice's support for career advancement and specialization.

Benefits and Package

  • Competitive salary of £11,500 per session per annum.
  • Indemnity coverage and NHS pension enrolment.
  • 6 weeks annual leave and 1 week CPD leave.
  • Contract in line with the BMA model contract.

Requirements

  • Registered GP with the GMC, possessing the right to work in the UK, and included on the NHS performers list.
