Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care in a traditional, family-feel practice with a focus on quality of care.
- Work collaboratively with our experienced and passionate Partners to deliver excellent patient outcomes.
- Develop and implement new ideas and initiatives to improve patient care and practice efficiency.
- Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to the development of the practice.
- Manage a manageable workload of 25 patients per day on average, with 15-minute appointments and no duty doctor expectations.
- Competitive salary of £10,500 - £11,500 per session.
- 6 weeks' annual leave and 1 week's study leave.
- BMA model contract and NHS pension.
- Opportunity to pursue a Partnership option in time.
