Assistant Store Manager

Cobra Coffee, a Starbucks Franchisee, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will be responsible for leading a team of baristas to deliver exceptional customer service and create a positive store environment.
Key Responsibilities- Lead by Example: Demonstrate a passion for customer service and lead your team to deliver exceptional experiences for our customers.
- Team Development: Coach and develop your team members to achieve their full potential and drive business results.
- Store Operations: Execute store operations during scheduled shifts, including organizing opening and closing duties, upholding operational policies and procedures, and ensuring the safety of all partners.
- Business Growth: Collaborate with the store leadership team to drive business growth, identify opportunities to improve store profitability, and implement initiatives to achieve operational excellence.
- Partner Development: Support the growth and development of your team members through performance and development coaching, and build positive relationships to understand their challenges, needs, and aspirations.
