Job Title: Customer Service Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Service Administrator to join our team at Sutton Recruitment Limited. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients and customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service history
  • Coordinate service schedules and follow-ups to ensure timely updates and support
  • Act as a point of contact for customer issues and escalate problems to resolve customer satisfaction
  • Support the Service Manager in handling administrative tasks and strategic initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with regulations and maintain accurate records of F-Gas licenses
  • Complete export paperwork for parts and manage supplier evaluation forms
Requirements:
  • Self-motivated and able to work safely and competently
  • Good communication skills and ability to build relationships with colleagues and external parties
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
What We Offer:
  • Permanent contract with 40 hours per week
  • Competitive salary of £26,000.00
