Job Summary:

CBW Staffing Solutions Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Supervisor to join their team. As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of building services in a high-end residential environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organize and manage all planned and reactive maintenance to ensure the building's systems are running efficiently and effectively.
  • Lead a team of multi-skilled engineers to ensure they are working safely and efficiently.
  • Ensure all health and safety protocols are followed and that all necessary paperwork is completed.
  • Maintain the cleanliness of plant rooms and ensure that all equipment is properly maintained.
  • Manage reactive maintenance in accordance with the contract and ensure that all work is completed to a high standard.
  • Identify and implement minor improvements to the building's systems and processes.
  • Attend client meetings to discuss maintenance plans and ensure that the client's needs are met.
  • Manage contractors and ensure that all work is completed to a high standard.

Requirements:

  • Fully qualified to a recognized electrical or mechanical standard (HNC, HNC C&G).
  • Previous experience of supervising and running a high-end residential building.
  • Understanding of how cooling towers work and the ability to maintain them.
  • Knowledge of working with a budget and managing costs.
  • Previous experience of planned and reactive maintenance.
  • Experience of working in a building services environment.
