If you excel in overseeing, coordinating, and leading top-tier engineering maintenance teams, an exceptional opportunity awaits you at our Blackfriars site in the heart of London.

In this pivotal role, you will take charge of managing and supervising our teams of highly skilled Engineers, dedicated to maintaining a prestigious, high-luxury residential tower in the City of London. Primary responsibilities will be to ensure the prompt completion of all maintenance and reactive engineering works, upholding the highest standards and adhering to allocated budgets.

**Working Pattern**:

- Monday - Friday (40 hpw)
- 7:00am to 16:00pm with pre planned late day shift requirements of 10:00am - 19:00pm.

**Daily Responsibilities**:

- Motivate team members and lead from the front at all times.
- Execute PPM and Reactive works on Emergency Lighting, Switchgear, AHU's, FCU's, and more.
- Electrical maintenance on equipment, plant, and assets.
- Provide outstanding customer/client service.
- Conduct fault finding, inspection and rectification (Electrical).
- Contribute to the call-out Rota (1 in 4) with additional payments.
- Lead all sub-contractors & direct engineering staff.
- Document control through reporting and logs (electronic & paper).

**Qualifications and Experience Requirements**:

- Qualified to City & Guilds Level 3 Electrical, equivalent or higher in Electrical discipline -_Essential._
- Experience of Facilities maintenance, testing & fault finding on a variety of equipment and plant (generators, switchgear, controls, cables, Batteries, small power and lighting (where applicable)
- 3-5 years of FM/Building services experience - _Essential._
- Document control, reporting, and logs.
- Client interaction/client-facing experience/skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Knowledge of and experience in BMS/ Generator/Controls/Lighting Systems/ACOPS
- L8 - _desirable._
- HV Certificate - _desirable._

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £50,000.00-£55,000.00 per year
