Brackenberry Ltd is collaborating with a Local Authority to recruit a Welfare Benefits Evaluator for a 4.5-month contract, with a strong possibility of extension based on client needs. We invite qualified candidates to submit their CVs for consideration.

Compensation: £23.25 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process various types of Housing Benefits, Council Tax Support, and discretionary financial assistance programs, including Discretionary Housing Payments.
  • Experience in managing Local Welfare Assistance, Household Support Fund, and Free School Meals is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Proficiency in the Capita processing system is essential, along with familiarity in using a document management system, preferably Civica's Workflow 360 (Comino).

Candidate Requirements:

  • Availability to commence work immediately or on short notice.
  • Eligibility to work in the U.K.
