Brackenberry Ltd is collaborating with a Local Authority to recruit a Welfare Benefits Evaluator for a 4.5-month contract, with a strong possibility of extension based on client needs. We invite qualified candidates to submit their CVs for consideration.
Compensation: £23.25 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
- Process various types of Housing Benefits, Council Tax Support, and discretionary financial assistance programs, including Discretionary Housing Payments.
- Experience in managing Local welfare assistance, household support funds, and free school meal applications is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Proficiency in the Capita processing system is essential, along with familiarity in using a document management system, preferably Civica's workflow 360 system (Comino).
Candidate Requirements:
- Availability to commence work immediately or on short notice.
- Eligibility to work in the U.K.
