Role Overview:

  • Perform both scheduled and emergency maintenance to ensure our sophisticated machinery and systems operate optimally.
  • Collaborate with Inbound, Outbound, and support teams to improve machine reliability and overall efficiency.
  • Quickly diagnose and rectify equipment failures to reduce downtime.
  • Utilize data analysis to discover innovative solutions that enhance our automation capabilities.

Candidate Profile:

  • Solid technical knowledge in automation hardware and software, ideally within a fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) setting. This may include qualifications such as HNC Engineering, relevant degrees with practical experience, Engineering Technician Apprenticeship, Manufacturers PLC training, and NVQ 3-level electrical and/or mechanical competencies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with your team and other departments.
  • Ability to perform hands-on engineering tasks in a physically demanding environment.
