Job Title: Export Manager

We're seeking an experienced Export Manager to oversee the international expansion of our Sales function. As Export Manager, you'll identify and develop new business opportunities across Europe, Asia Pacific, and the Middle East, and help drive sell-through. You'll lead and support our sales team in our efforts to have Minor Figures on the menu of every specialty coffee shop and in every home.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop the international sales strategy and sales targets in collaboration with the GM for EMEA Minor Figures for both the café and retail channels
  • Manage and develop relationships with our key international distribution partners in the café and retail channels to grow revenues
  • Prospect and pitch for new business and develop business in new territories
  • Achieve agreed sales targets, ensuring gross profit margin objectives are met
  • Carefully manage volume forecasting and inventory to ensure continuity of supply
  • Review monthly account performance against sales targets and analyze results
  • Represent Minor Figures as a brand ambassador at customer meetings, trade shows, and industry events, and drive customer engagement through brand initiatives
  • Oversee in-store management of product, placement, pricing, and promotions
  • Identify market trends and opportunities to inform future sales strategy
About You

We're looking for someone with a proven track record of operating in export management and business development within the on-trade industry. You'll have experience in international distribution, including distributor needs, customs, and export requirements. You'll also have a deep understanding of the coffee industry and the specific needs and requirements of baristas, cafe owners, and retail markets.
