Position Overview

Quality Personnel is seeking a dedicated and experienced Customer Support Services Coordinator to enhance our esteemed client's operations. This role is pivotal in delivering exceptional service to our Managed Service Contract (MSP) clientele.

Key Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be instrumental in ensuring a cohesive and efficient service experience for technical and product inquiries. Responsibilities include:

  • Logging issues within MS Dynamics CRM for both company and supplier assets.
  • Compiling and updating case data in MS Dynamics CRM.
  • Managing inventory effectively.
  • Generating comprehensive reports for account managers.
  • Updating MS Dynamics CRM with newly installed partner supplier assets.
  • Participating in all required company training sessions.
Required Skills and Experience

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a customer service role, with a focus on achieving KPI targets.
  • Experience in writing KPIs for customer accounts.
  • Desirable experience in diagnostics.
  • Familiarity with managed service contracts is a plus.
