**Reporting to the Soft Services Facilities Manager, the Supply Chain lead is critical to the running of the customer building ensuring internal and external value and operational delivery from the soft services supply chain including but not limited to cleaning, window cleaning, pest control, waste and landscaping.**

***

**As the Soft Services Liaison you will lead by example by building an excellent partnership with the client and suppliers to provide excellent service delivery, based on consistent and quality service delivery against contract KPI’s and SLAs.**

***

**Key Responsibilities**

***
- **Ensure standard of service delivery in line with agreed service levels
- PPM and reactive performance**:

- **Identifying and developing business opportunities, as appropriate**:

- **Develop manage and coordinate a process of continually reviewing and improving service contracted services**:

- **Ensure a 100% adherence to Santander vetting requirements**:

- **Maintaining and growing relationships with key supply partners to leverage value and service excellence for ISS and our Customer**:

- **Ensure statutory requirements are met within the framework of the contract and any delegated responsibilities are met on behalf of the Client**:

- **Chair regular review meetings with suppliers and stakeholders aimed to improve performance**:

- **Working as part of a wider team within Unity Place, collaborating and creating relationships with the various management, tenant and retail teams on service delivery**

- **Ability to spot gaps in our supply chain and processes that are blockers to success and suggest solutions to overcome**:

- **Passion for innovation within the supply chain and ability to work with multiple working groups simultaneously**:

- **Experience of working on a soft services account would be beneficial**:

- **Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate across all levels of seniority.**:

- **Working as either a lead or as part of a wider team in delivering services to the**

**client, tenants and general public**
