Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Relations Analyst to join our team at SRG. As a key member of our Quality Assurance department, you will play a critical role in ensuring exceptional customer service and resolving complaints in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the intake process of complaints through phone and email, including translations and initial identification of complaint codes.
  • Conduct follow-up activities for missing information and coordinate logistics for complaint sample returns.
  • Communicate results of complaint investigations to customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Support complex complaints and decide on replacement, credit, or warranty claims as needed.
  • Translate vigilance reports into local languages for submission to regulatory authorities.
Requirements
  • Experience in a Quality environment or customer service support role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • High-quality customer service skills and ability to navigate software systems.
  • Knowledge of pharmaceutical, biological, or device-related products and processes.
