About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Support Worker to join our team at City and County Healthcare Group Ltd. As a Care Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and using the toilet
  • Support clients with medication management and administration
  • Help with practical tasks such as shopping, meal preparation, and housework
  • Follow individual care plans and adapt to changing client needs
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
