Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Care Assistant. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients to live safe and independent lives in their own homes.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and managing incontinence
- Support clients with medication management and administration
- Assist with practical tasks such as shopping, meal preparation, and housework
- Provide emotional support and companionship to clients
- Work collaboratively with other care staff to ensure seamless care delivery
Requirements
- No prior experience in social care is required, but a caring and compassionate nature is essential
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to learn new skills and develop knowledge in a fast-paced environment
