Job Overview
As a Junior Field Service Engineer with Ernest Gordon Recruitment, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of machine tools and gain hands-on experience in maintenance and repair. Our client is a leading manufacturer in the industry, and we are seeking a talented individual to join their team as a Field Service Engineer.

Key Responsibilities
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on machine tools to ensure optimal performance and efficiency
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with machine tools, using technical knowledge and problem-solving skills
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and improve processes
• Develop and maintain a strong understanding of machine tool technology and industry trends
• Provide excellent customer service and support to internal and external stakeholders

Requirements
• 2+ years of experience in a related field, preferably in machine tool maintenance or repair
• Strong technical knowledge of machine tools and related systems
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to client sites
