Job Summary

CV-Library is seeking a highly skilled Air/Sea Operations Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our freight logistics team, you will be responsible for coordinating aspects of air and sea freight exports and imports, and helping to develop our in-house freight forwarding department.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Organize and arrange collections and deliveries.
  2. Handle all necessary documentation for customs clearance, compliance, and shipment tracking.
  3. Creating job files on our in-house system, keeping accurate and detailed records.
  4. Provide assistance throughout the business as and when required.
  5. Answering phones.
Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with 2+ years of experience in multimodal freight forwarding, with a focus on both export and imports. A strong understanding of customs procedures and international shipping regulations is essential. Operational and sales (business development) experience is an advantage.
