Job Title: Air Freight Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Air Freight Coordinator to join our team at Red Recruit, a leading recruitment agency specializing in freight and shipping.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will play a vital role in coordinating and managing air freight operations for clients, ensuring all air import/export jobs are completed correctly.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare accurate shipping documents, including airway bills, customs forms, and commercial invoices.
  • Ensure goods are approved for delivery and monitor shipments, identifying any delays or issues.
  • Provide regular updates to clients on shipment status, addressing queries and concerns.
  • Liaise with the network and sales team to optimize air freight operations.
  • Evaluate opportunities to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
Requirements:
  • Strong experience in Freight Forwarding, predominantly in Air Freight Operations.
  • Knowledge of Import/Export multimodal business and Air Freight sales and products.
  • Able to complete Import customs entries accurately.
  • Familiarity with shipping software and tracking systems.
  • Ideal knowledge of CDS.
