Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled Administrative Officer to maintain and file patients' confidential records, record patient-related data, and provide reception services. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work flexibly to meet service demands.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and file patients' confidential records
- Record patient-related data using the computerized Patient Management System
- Provide reception services, including answering telephones and relaying messages
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve the healthiest life possible for everyone in Ayrshire and Arran
Requirements
- SVQ Level 2 in Administration or equivalent qualification or experience
- European Computer Driving Licence (ECDL) or equivalent
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexibly to meet service demands
