About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Consultant / Recruitment Consultant to join our team at Search Recruitment Group (SRG) in Leeds. As a Sales Consultant / Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with candidates and clients, generating talent, and attracting candidates through various channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Building strong relationships with candidates and clients through written and verbal communications
  • Talent generation and attracting candidates through job postings, searching for CVs, and social media channels
  • Screening candidates, arranging interviews, and making job offers to successful candidates
Requirements
  • High levels of resilience to overcome challenging situations and setbacks
  • Self-motivated and driven to meet sales targets
  • Able to come up with creative ideas and solutions-driven
  • Excellent team-working and collaborating with colleagues on projects
  • Enjoy working in a fast-paced, sales environment
  • Confident to engage with senior stakeholders and influence decision making
  • Proven track record of working on own initiative
What We Offer
  • Basic salary of £25,000 to £35,000 with a 1st year OTE of £45,000
