Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and live chat.

- Work closely with the customer service team to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer issues.
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services to provide accurate information to customers.

- GCSE Maths & English grades A - C is a minimum requirement.
- A-levels grades A - C or an undergraduate degree is preferred.
