About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Female Support Worker to join our team at Complete Care Agency. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients, enabling them to live independently and maintain their dignity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and support to clients, including bathing, dressing, and toileting
  • Assist clients with daily exercises and activities, promoting their physical and emotional well-being
  • Prepare meals and maintain a clean and organized living environment
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • Previous experience in care and support work, preferably in a similar setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and evenings
  • Willingness to undertake ongoing training and development
