Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Female Support Worker to provide exceptional care for a client with a spinal injury. This is a part-time position, offering approximately 25 hours per week.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the client with daily exercises as prescribed by their healthcare team.
  • Provide personal care, including hair styling, makeup application, and nail care.
  • Accompany the client on walks within reasonable distances.
  • Engage in social interaction while respecting the client's need for privacy.
  • Prepare nutritious meals according to the client's preferences.
  • Maintain a clean, tidy, and organized living environment for the client.

  • A cheerful and friendly demeanor with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to provide hands-on care, adhering to the client's care plan.
  • Comfort performing personal care tasks such as bathing, toileting, and dressing.
  • Ability to administer medication as instructed.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Teamwork orientation with the ability to work independently.
  • Commitment to ongoing training and professional development.
