Female Support Worker

We are seeking a team of female support workers to care for a client with a spinal injury.
About the Role:The ideal candidate would be someone who can support our client's daily exercises, and assist the client with personal care including hair, makeup, and nails. Happy to walk reasonable distances. Sociable, but happy to give client space. Preparing meals. Keep the client's home clean, tidy & organized.
Key Responsibilities:- Caring and kind with a desire to make a difference in clients' lives.
- Cheerful and friendly.
- Willing to be hands-on with clients at all times while following their care plan.
- Willing to do personal care tasks. (washing, toileting, etc.)
- Willing to undertake more complex care including tracheostomy, nebulizers, peg feeding or stoma, and Bowel care.
- Administering medication.
- Able to follow instructions and procedures.
- Able to prepare meals to the clients taste.
- Able to work in a team but also use their initiative.
- Willing to adapt to ongoing training as client's practice and needs may change.
- Paid induction course including complex care training and regular refresher training.
- Up to 28 days PAID annual leave.
