Key Responsibilities- Support the client with daily exercises and personal care, including hair, makeup, and nail care.
- Assist with preparing meals and maintaining a clean and organized living environment.
- Provide companionship and social interaction, while also respecting the client's need for space.
- Administer medication and perform personal care tasks, such as washing and toileting.
- Work collaboratively with the client's care team to ensure their needs are met.
- Caring and kind nature, with a desire to make a positive impact on the client's life.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends.
- Willingness to undertake ongoing training and development to meet the client's evolving needs.
- Paid induction course and regular refresher training.
