About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Development Manager to join our Corporate & Investment Bank team. As a key member of our New Business Initiatives team, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of new products and services across the EMEA and APAC portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
  • Product Development: Provide subject matter expertise on product applicability, scope, and governance, and partner with business, functional, and control partners to advise on and navigate through areas of policy and procedures.
  • Initiative Management: Partner with business to understand new products and services and ensure initiatives flow through the change programs optimally.
  • Portfolio Performance: Consult dashboard of metrics to monitor portfolio performance and emerging trends, and use data to inform follow-ups, escalation, program change, etc.
  • Process Improvement: Develop opportunities to enhance new product and service change experience from a process, governance, reporting, training, and/or technology perspective, and partner with firmwide NBIA team and product/service change working group to design and implement change.
  • Tool Development: Manage product and service change management tool development, aligning with strategic goals, prioritization, and UAT testing.
Requirements
  • Professional Experience: Several years of professional work experience.
  • Industry Knowledge: Understanding of products and markets in which the Corporate Investment Banking operates.
  • Project Management: Project and process management skills, including proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills with the ability to succinctly communicate complex issues.
  • Relationship Building: Ability to forge strong internal relationships across a broad range of businesses, functions, and regions.
  • Autonomy: Ability to work autonomously.
