A prominent international legal firm is seeking to appoint a senior associate to their Employment Law division.

This position presents a remarkable opportunity for a legal professional aiming for significant career advancement.


The responsibilities will encompass providing strategic employment law counsel, managing intricate employment tribunal cases, addressing cross-border legal matters, overseeing organizational restructuring and redundancy processes, and handling complex grievances at a senior level, including issues related to discrimination and whistleblowing, as well as matters concerning senior executives and board members.

The ideal candidate will possess 5-8 years of experience in employment law within a commercial legal environment. Having dual qualifications in Northern Ireland and either England & Wales or the Republic of Ireland would be a distinct advantage.
