Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Employment Lawyer to join our team in Belfast. As an Associate Solicitor, you will be responsible for assisting senior lawyers with their cases and running your own matters under supervision.

The ideal candidate will have comprehensive employment law knowledge, a strong analytical ability, and a clear communication style. They must have a commercial approach to client service, enjoy and be comfortable doing business development, and be a team player.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist senior lawyers with their cases and run your own matters under supervision
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive employment law knowledge
  • Provide excellent client service and develop business development skills
  • Work collaboratively as part of a team

Requirements

  • Between 0-4 years' PQE
  • Dual qualified in Northern Ireland and either England and Wales, Scotland, or Ireland
  • Strong analytical ability and clear communication style
  • Commercial approach to client service and business development skills
