Employment Lawyer Opportunity at ACHUMAN CAPITAL

We are working with a leading law firm based in Belfast for an Employment Lawyer to join their Employment Group.

The Role:

The successful candidate will work within one of the best resourced teams of employment specialists, offering both local and national coverage, with an additional international offering through our client's employment specialists globally.

Working within the Employment Group, the successful candidate will advise leading FTSE blue chip organisations. The client's team will regularly deal with high-profile claims, projects, and corporate transactions for a range of financial and corporate institutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic employment law advice to clients
  • Deal with complex employment tribunal claims and restructuring
  • Advise on cross-border issues, grievances at senior level, and executive level employment law
  • Develop client relationships and contribute to cross-office initiatives

Requirements:

  • 5-8 years' PQE
  • Strong academic background and commercial awareness
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Interest in M&A and outsourcing
