In this position, you will be responsible for ensuring the integrity of outputs and maintaining service resilience for Applied Digital Solutions (ADS) and QuikSTATS. Key Responsibilities

As a GIS Quality Control Specialist, your primary focus will be on the quality and dependability of GIS data and processes. This role encompasses both strategic oversight and active participation in ensuring the robustness of our data collection and processing operations.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and managing processes, overseeing team leaders and the technical administration team.
  • Creating detailed audit reports and formulating strategies for ongoing enhancement.
  • Generating thorough reports and performing analyses to assess departmental performance and pinpoint areas for improvement.
  • Engaging with key stakeholders and suppliers that contribute to the service.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate for the GIS Quality Control Specialist role will possess:

  • A strong foundation in quality assurance methodologies and tools, with the capability to translate them into high-quality deliverables.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of ESRI ArcGIS, AGOL, and/or ArcGIS Enterprise.
  • Self-motivation and initiative, with the ability to work independently and effectively lead teams.
  • A meticulous attention to detail and robust analytical skills to ensure precision in data and processes.
