We are seeking a dedicated and experienced English teacher to join our team at Protocol Education Ltd.

£31,000 - £41,333 Per annum

Job Duties:
  • Deliver engaging English lessons to students, utilizing a range of teaching methodologies
  • Evaluate student progress through assignments, exams, and other assessments
  • Provide constructive feedback to students to support their learning and development
  • Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive and productive learning environment
  • Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and other professional development activities
Required Qualifications:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Degree in English or related field
  • Proven experience teaching English at the secondary level
  • Strong knowledge of the English curriculum and teaching methodologies
Knowledge and Skills:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to motivate and engage students in the learning process
  • Strong classroom management skills
  • Proficiency in using technology for teaching purposes
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Postgraduate qualification in Education
  • Experience working with students with diverse learning needs
Working Conditions:

This role involves working in a school setting, following the school's academic calendar and timetable. Regular interaction with students, parents, and colleagues is expected.
