Job Summary:
Brightcore Consultancy is a leading safeguarding and mental health consultancy for education settings and the workplace. We are seeking a highly organized and innovative Executive Assistant to perform a variety of high-level administrative tasks, as well as support with marketing and client relations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage calendars, emails, and correspondence to ensure seamless communication among consultants, trainers, clients, and external partners.
• Conduct research on key industry developments to inform marketing strategies and content creation.
• Provide marketing support, including scheduling social media posts, researching marketing opportunities, and writing email newsletters and blog content.
• Manage client marketing platforms and communications to maintain strong relationships.
• Assist with event planning and coordination, including organizing training packs and managing email communication with delegates.
Requirements and Skills:
• 2+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role.
• Excellent MS Office knowledge and proficiency in setting up technological systems and processes.
• Outstanding organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work independently and make decisions under pressure.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with discretion and confidentiality.
• Self-motivated and proactive, with a resourceful and innovative approach to problem-solving.
Working Arrangements:
• School term time plus five weeks (8 weeks set holidays per year)
• Monday – Friday 8 hours per day (including breaks) – flexible times to be agreed
Salary and Benefits:
